本校餐飲科為全國最大的僑生學校，為使每僑生都能盡快融入台灣文化，特別
安排教學課程及體驗交流活動，彼此間有共同學習的機會，藉由日常的生活學習，
培養出合作無間的默契，進而擴大視野。
       本校餐飲科設有餐飲各職類專業教室，為全國最大、種類最多的證照檢定中心。
除有全國第一家設立的西餐檢定考場外，另設有中餐乙、丙級考場、烘培乙、丙級
考場及中式麵食乙、丙級考場；飲料調製、中式米食、食物製備…等丙級考場外，
亦有餐服專業教室及耗資千萬打造給學生提供校內實習餐廳及烘焙坊。
以學生為本位，採專業技能分組，強調實務情境教學，同時聘請業界專業經理
及主廚駐校擔任專任講師，為輔導學生考取乙級證照做準備。

除直升產學攜手合作學校之外，在升學及畢業出路外，說明如下
A.升學方面
除直升產學攜手專班學校(黎明技術學院、東南科技大學)，以報考統測或學測申請餐
旅相關科系之四技二專。
B.畢業出路與展望
餐飲業：可進入餐廳、旅館、休閒育樂公司等相關職場從事餐飲管理及餐旅館業：
調酒員，餐廳服務員，國際觀光飯店。

A.升學方面
除直升產學攜手計劃學校(黎明技術學院)，以報考統測或學測申請資訊相關科系之四
技二專。
B.畢業出路與展望
可在資訊、電子、電機工廠擔 任技術員，或於相關行業從事有關資訊電腦、電子儀
器等 設備安裝、測試、檢驗、操作、調整、維修之工作。
       每家廠商在訓練計畫中，已完整詳細規劃每一個年級該學習資訊技術內容，討
論且確認合作開班、專班名稱、合作同意書等合作模式，積極進行符合專班要旨的
課程模組、職場實習等規劃。此外，為保障學生實習權利義務，申請開辦前，經過
多次開會協議，確立提供學生基礎保障外，學生入學後，合作廠商與學生簽訂建教
合作契約，明確訂定合作廠商與學生之權利與義務，輪調方式按照建教生職業訓練
計畫，進行部門工作內容輪調。
       餐飲科-以王品餐飲集團為例:其職場訓練涵蓋儀態、接待，安全衛生、飲料調製、
食材處理、成本概論及餐飲實務技能。
       資訊科-以三洋電機公司為例：其廠家涵蓋冰箱、冷氣以及洗衣機部門，實習場
所多元，在其部門之下之工作細項細分多種，故在訓練前會先進行訓練課程說明，
每天晚點名時，也可以針對工作內容疑問與學生幹部進行相互交流討論，以增進資
訊相關技術，充分學習到應有之專業。
本校教學設備充足，提供學生良好的實作機會，鼓勵學生做中學考取專業證照。
依據部定及校訂課程所需設備，目前餐飲科有22 個實習專業教室，包含中餐、西餐、
多國料理、飲調、咖啡、烘焙、示範、中米、實習餐廳等，目前餐飲科正規班共有
14 班，建教班共12 班，專業教室充足，無排擠效果。資訊科有15 個實習專業教室，
硬體裝修、工業電子、網路架設、VR 教室、電腦教室等，目前資訊科正規班共有3
班，建教班共5 班，專業教室充足，無排擠效果。
       本校設有新穎的網路教室及全新斥資百萬打造的電競教室，並設有硬體裝修、工業
電子丙級技術士檢定考場，讓學生能夠在原地學習並原地考照，有益學生取得證照。
教學方面：採專業訓練方式，讓每一位資訊科同學在畢業時能能取得多項技術士證
照。
設備方面：CORE i7 主機、24 吋LCD 液晶螢幕、1T 網速及高品質快速的硬體設備，
擁有國家級的檢定考場
教學創新:我們將持續保持現有優勢，朝物聯網與機器人應用為發展主軸，展現相關
技術於產業應用的發展價值。
藉產學界交流，期盼學生具備創客思維與研究精神，透過相關專題研究，成為一位

Catering and Management Department
JJVS Catering and Management Department has the most numerous Overseas
Chinese Students across the Country. To help each Overseas Chinese Student
settling in Taiwanese culture, we arrange special learning and experience programs
to broaden students’ horizon.
JJVC has invested greater than NT$10 million on professional classrooms with most
updated equipments.
JJVS is the first Western culinary exam board, and also is the biggest Certification
exam center in the Country. We issue widest ranges of National level certificates.
Students enjoy the “Learn at Doing” programs and obtaining several professional
Certificates before graduation.

specially designed for students interning at industry.
